Environmental Design Student at OCAD University with a passion for Design, Architecture and Art.
I want to be able to influence others through design and hopefully create a positive image in the world.
Take a look at the designs and artworks that I created, plus a touch of interesting things that inspire me everyday (Envision).

Project: Island Symposium
2012

Awareness:
We wanted this design to bring nature ever closer to us. The program revolves around the awareness of the human figure in architecture.
Our concept started with the idea of bridging spaces, and as a result these wooden hallways connect facilities together as they mimic the trees .

This is all the process work of the design, and then comes the final model.

Project: Colour and Architecture

Adding colour on the inside of the wooden structures depicting the changes of landscape from season to season. You become more and more aware of your surroundings as you walk through these hallways.

It is an addition to a different project called Island Symposium, located on the Toronto Island. It will accommodate 16 students and 2 faculty members.

Project: Letter to a Client.

Perspective drawings of a proposal design for a getaway house for David Johnston. After researching the type of things he likes, his interests, hobbies and lifestyle, came up with these ideas in order to accommodate his and his family’s needs.
These are a few of the spaces within the house that include a gathering space, eating areas, sleep areas , work areas and a leisure space for the family.
This dwelling/House will be located in Switzerland (La Sale’) because of the climate that it offers.

Habitat Project: Design of a small living space for myself at Cherry Beach (Toronto)

There are sliding panels inside that change up the formation of spaces, and I thought why not allow for change? I like change because we cannot help but change.

I can contemplate to the view of the beach and wake up to the view of crashing waves and rising sun. The space is mine to be alone, to play, to work, to rest, to eat and to sleep.

Perspective drawings of spaces created for the purpose of sleep. These spaces are meant to create a sanctuary that a person can head to at the end of a stressful day. One is an exterior space  and is designed to be located on a roof top garden, and the other is an interior space that can be in any part of your house.

Transformed this room by just painting it, adding simple accessories that will give it a special touch and repositioning the furniture that was already there. Anyone on a budget can do that, and it is a great way to stay busy

I designed this specifically to be a peaceful and cozy bedroom and I painted it using watercolours.

I painted this in black and white water colours to focus on the weird and unusual furniture and the design within the room. It is supposed to give the feel of mystery.

I am obsessed with chairs! Had lots of fun building this.
